The Capsouto Rose is made in the style of Provence, where roses are revered more than reds and whites. It is named after his mother Eva, who always urged Jacques Capsouto to do something for Israel. It is made mainly from Cinsault with a little Grenache and Mourvedre. Cinsault is barely used elsewhere in Israel. A blend of Cinsault, Grenache Noir, Mourvedre. It has a beautiful salmon pink color, a delicate berry fruit and a fresh acidity.
