A fresh, zesty, bright red blend made from Mourvedre and Grenache Noir with a little Counoise and Syrah. This was the first use of Counoise in Israel. The wine is named after Samuel, Jacques Capsouto’s grandfather and brother. This is a blend exhibiting bright cherry, berry aromas. It has a chewy, mouth filling flavor and a good refreshing acidity on the finish.
