The wine is produced from Pinot gris and Semillon grapes from select vineyards in the Ramon Negev highlands.
The must was fermented and soaked with the peels for two weeks for maximum extraction of the aroma and color.
On the palate, this orange wine enchants with a complex aroma of nuts, citrus peels and green tea. The body harmonizes perfectly with refreshing acidity. Intense velvety tannins provide a rich finish.
Aged for 8 months in American oak barrels.
