The 2007 Bikat Hanadiv, which is named after the valley that the vineyard are planted, is composed of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot. The wine was aged in French oak barrel for 24 months and then continued to mature in bottles for another two years. This wine has a deep black color with a nose of black plums, blueberry, tobacco, hints of espresso and chocolate. Full bodied wine with a long finish.
